A 14 year old boy aspires to become an attacking wicketkeeper-batsman, where his father wants his son to become a MBA graduate.

Two youngsters meet in a marriage hall and fight with each other and thereafter every-time they meet they end up fighting with each other. But there comes a time when this animosity turns to love.

Azhagiya Theeye movie revolves around Chandran (Prasanna) is approached by a girl Nandhini (Navya Nair) to break her proposed marriage with a software engineer Aravind (Prakash Raj) from USA. She is forced by her father who is a thug (Pyramid Natarajan) to marry this guy. Later Chandran hatches a plan by which he meets Aravind at a restaurant and tells him that Nandhini is madly in love with him.

Valluvanar is an upright political leader in Tamil Nadu much respected for his honesty and uprightness. And he refuses to compromise on this trait even when his only son Kamban finds himself in jail for no fault of his. The opposition party takes advantage of the situation and bails out Kamban, who joins this party much to his father's embarrassment. The media laps it up sensationalizing it further. Then Kamban decides to leave the country until things cool down. Only his mother Vasuki with whom he is close is aware of this plan. Kamban arrives at Sri Lanka where he be-friend's Banerjee, a Bengali and stays with him. One day he finds a Tamil book on the beach which he traces to Shilpa the owner of the book, who is a college student preparing for the civil services examination. The film juggles between reality and fiction, where Theepori, the fictitious father image of Kamban advises him to fall in love. The rest of the story is about the emotional conflict between her career and love.

A dreaded terrorist's attempt at fleeing the country forever is foiled by the police and his brother is killed in the shootout. He then employs four out-of-work youths to hijack a plane.

Inidhu Inidhu depicts the happy college days of a group of undergraduate students. Freshmen Siddhu (Adith), Aravind alias Tyson (Narayan), Vimal (Vimal), Shankar (Shravan), Madhu (Reshmi), Aparna aka Appu and Jiya join an upmarket college in the city. Each of them comes from different states of the country. They are ragged by the seniors at the college which makes them bond with each other. Eventually, Siddhu falls for Madhu, Tyson falls for his senior Sravanthi, fashionably called Shravs (Sonia), who is not receptive. The rest of the film is how the four couples get closer during their four-year course, peppered with pangs of jealousy, separated, reconciliation before going their separate ways upon graduation.

Rudrayya, a retired soldier, wants to settle scores with Sharada Amma, a woman who runs an orphanage. He hires Dhaya who disguises himself as Sharada Amma's driver while planning her downfall.

Chellapandi, a communist, all of a sudden turns spiritual and is made the priest of his village. Mayilu, who loves Chellapandi, weaves a plot to elope with him. Whether she succeeds in this attempt and what happens to her life is what Mayilu is all about.

Arjun begins a search for Shankar, his friend who had eloped with his lover from his village, and uncovers shocking truths...
