I pass by skyscrapers, a large shopping center, and an apartment complex and go to a small park next to the street. There, people escape from their daily lives and roles and relax in their own way. Their relationships, lives, and emotions are buried in the conversations with the people there.

After the heroic organization "Mega Five," which once saved the world, disbands, Red continues his role as a "symbol of peace" and pursues justice. However, after the tragic death of a close colleague, Red finds himself torn between his ideals and personal desires.

There are moments when time feels as though it’s standing still, as if we’re trapped in a place where nothing moves forward. For a young girl longing to escape such a moment, she one day discovers a power: the ability to pass through time by blinking her eyes.
