A coming of age story of members of a Nahal group, volunteering in a kibbutz named "Kissufim" ("Yearnings" in Hebrew), on the outskirts of the Gaza strip in the 70s, who meet with the hardships of love, sexuality, morality and responsibility near the end of their military service and the beginning of their civilian adult lives.

Adam wants to prove that he can succeed alone, falls victim to a sting and loses all his money. He is too proud to ask his friends for help and pushes them away. Only after tracing the sources of the sting and discovering that the gang is planning a similar fate for his two friends, he joins forces with Shahar and Pita and together they fight back.

An unmarried 38 year old gives up on men, but lives the fantasy of being a bride at a wedding, and decides to marry herself. Her hilarious girlfriends support her and her selfish mother objects, but what will she do when suddenly the right man shows up?
