Three Italian-American brothers, living in the slums of 1940's New York City, try to help each other with one's wrestling career using one brother's promotional skills and another brother's con-artist tactics to thwart a sleazy manager.

A young man of the rock and roll generation is in his senior year of high school. When one day he successfully gets on a popular teen dance television show he becomes a star. The plot follows him as he lives his new life in his new world. What he finds are adoring fans, jealous rivals, bitter friends left behind, and the girl of his dreams...his dance partner.

The fanatically uncompromising Len Rowan and his family insult and terrorize the citizens of a small town for years. Concert promoter Nick Loomis is sent to Sydney by his ex father-in-law and boss Garth Kingswood, and asked to deliver a briefcase to a foreigner. When the man is killed in the airport, Loomis ends up entangled in corporate spying and is forced to fight for his life with the help of Terry McKenna, a woman from Austin working for the Sydney Opera House.

An ex-marine, in search of some defining life direction, unexpectedly faces a hurdle when his jeep breaks down in a sparsely populated Wyoming town. While waiting for parts to repair the vehicle he takes a temporary job as a rest area attendant and moves onto a ranch run by a one-legged widow with a mentally handicapped son. When an abandoned Vietnamese girl joins the group, the scene is ready for confrontation and tragedy.
