Features a mustached villain, who is the leader of a Viking clan that worships an octopus god-monster. The Vikings wish to kidnap a beautiful girl to sacrifice her to their demigod, but the heroic Tarkan, aided by his dog, Kurt, is there to save the day.

The film tells the story of what happens to Çulsuz Ali, who takes the place of Beyefendi, who looks very much like him. Beyefendi has a very large debt at the casino. In order to pay off this debt, he needs to get his hands on the inheritance left to him by his uncle. However, his uncle's will is missing. The creditors, who are aware of all this, are waiting for the gentleman to find the will. Çulsuz Ali is a wrestler. Believing he has lost his former agility, he gives up wrestling and comes to Istanbul. While fleeing his creditors, the gentleman encounters Çulsuz Ali, who bears a striking resemblance to him. The gentleman, wearing Çulsuz Ali's clothes, dies in a traffic accident. Çulsuz Ali will take the gentleman's place.

A young girl named Aysecik lives on her parents' farm, when an animated tornado carries her and her dog Banju in their house to Rüyalar Ulkesinde (Dreamland). Seven Cüceler (dwarfs) (dressed like MGM Munchkin soldiers, only red and white) who assist the Good Witch of the North appear at various times to help. She meets a Scarecrow, an Iron Woodman, and a Cowardly Lion, and dances to music from what appears to be an invisible radio. They encounter fighting trees, a river, and a country of China dolls on their way to the Wizard, a ball of fire who sends them after the Wicked Witch who enslaves them. When the Wizard is unable to help Aysecik get home, they must journey again for help, encountering the China Country once more, and a legion of hammer-throwing cavemen.

However, Zeki's past catches up with him. Taş, the ruler of the market, finds and kills Zeki. Murat is determined to find Taş and take revenge for his son, no matter what. Taş kills the men who led Murat to him and frames Murat for the crime. Murat must fight both Taş's men and the police.
