A gruff farmer is entwined in a conflict in which he has to choose between protecting his family or his village.

Jeroen's family is loaded with money and they deeply enjoy the benefits of the rich life, except for Jeroen. He is clearly not into this luxurious lifestyle and this results into serious tensions.
