On New Year's Eve in 1944, two men meet in the middle of a snowstorm in a cottage cut off from civilization - a widower, Petr Bernat, and an SS officer, Konrad Neumann. The only thing the two men have in common is their Sudeten origins. At first, their conversation revolves around mundane topics, but as midnight approaches, they begin to address more pressing issues. A tragic past is revealed and it becomes clear that tonight will be a fateful night for Bernat and Neumann.

In 2018, when Juraj Jakubisko celebrated his 80th birthday, his students from the Miroslav Ondříček Film Academy in Písek, led by director and composer Patrik Ulrich, decided to pay tribute to him with a 30-minute documentary. The documentary focuses on three of the artist's key activities: film, visual arts and teaching. Quite a lot has been written and filmed about Jakubisko's film work, so the most interesting part of the film is a unique insight into Jakubisko's artistic world. For example, the protagonist shows us the pages of his cartoon diary. Jakubisko's collaborators, including his wife Deana and cameraman F. A. Brabec.

The project of the Miroslav Ondříček Film Academy in Písek is the debut of screenwriter and director Martin Kopp.

And what do southern men appreciate most about Czech women? The film by director Tomáš Vávra offers answers. A man and a woman set out for the bullfighting arena, only to miss their bus. Whose fault is it? Who bears responsibility? Who has the right to be angry and offended? Their relationship drama suddenly transforms into a relentless duel between a toreador and a bull—just as the real bullfight begins in the nearby arena.

The story revolves around Kevin Jareš, a successful fantasy novelist. He, although at first glance it may seem that he lacks nothing in fame and fortune, is going through a mid-life crisis, dealing with problems with his partner and a greedy agent. So he decides to take the radical step of writing his last book, in which he lets the fan-favorite central character of his fantasy series, Barbara Erdan, die. But it soon becomes clear that getting rid of Erdan won't be so easy.

Five 20-year-olds live a naive way of life that often just revolves around alcohol and having as much fun as possible. But their carefree existence is disrupted when one of them becomes seriously ill. The others learn of his illness at different times, which leads to misunderstandings, conflicts, and eventually the sick friend’s alienation from the group. The story tells of the superficial nature of their relationships, helplessness, and disenchantment with the youth perspective.
