Santi, a young high-school student with a serious physical reaction to sunlight, is forced by his health to move with his single mother to a shadowy, isolated village in the mountains of Spain where the inhabitants begin to reveal themselves as strangely xenophobic. When terrible, violent events begin to occur, Santi becomes first a pariah at school and then strongly suspected by the police of hideous murders. Santi himself, however, wonders if he is not the next victim.

After thirty years, Nina decides to return to the seaside town where she grew up to confront the man who changed her life and to whom the town now pays homage. The reunion with her origins, with her memories and with Blas, a childhood friend, will make her question whether revenge is the only way.

Uztarroz is a village in the Navarrese Pyrenees where, until the summer of 2022, 3 films had been shot without the authorship and decisions of its inhabitants. In this fourth film they collectively determine how to portray the village and self-represent themselves.

A rural drama set in Obaba, a mythical region in northern Spain, where a young filmmaker struggled to capture the feel of the area, which in turn leads to a wealth of self-discovery.

In 2023, the Ombudsman presented a report on sexual abuse in the Church in Spain. Victims' accounts reached the European Parliament. Among them were the abuse suffered by two brothers at the boarding school where they attended as children.
