Since the film is based on a combination of three stories, it tells the story of the misfortunes of three different families: Samad, who is tortured by his brother, Karbalai Eyvaz, who beats his wife because of her stubbornness, and Zuleykha, who is beaten by her husband because of her harsh language. We look at all these events through the eyes of Crazy Samad.

The events take place in and around the families of former officials. Thus, when the former minister, the former chief, the former manager get drunk, they first fall into a sea of ​​grief, then forget that they have lost their positions, in short, a situation arises that cannot be avoided by ridicule.

Nepotistic Gafar again takes action and investigates and learns that another relative, a man named Feyzulla, lives in the United States. Feyzulla writes a reply letter to Gafar, informing him that he will soon come to Baku. Gafar again gathers his old relatives together and opens the matter.
