Macy and John are nearing the end of their relationship. Mandy and Steve just had a one night stand. Then an infectious outbreak starts turning people into cannibals. Now each of these survivors must deal with their issues as they attempt to survive the outbreak. Low on food, no law enforcement, infected cannibals eating people in the streets, fear grows of what is outside and what might come through the door next.

After Kelly broke up with Rick, her abusive boyfriend, her friends had a slumber party to cheer her up. As they are telling horror stories, there is a killer in the house coming for them.

Jim, a retired football player, and his girlfriend Amy go to his cabin for the weekend. A massive snow storm traps the four inside the house to deal with their relationship issues.

Three female high school friends experiment with drugs but are drugged by a drug dealer schoolmate with ulterior motives. They pass out from the pills they take, and wake to find the school empty and doors locked. They begin to search for an exit and stumble upon a dead body. They realize that the killer is watching them. They begin a frantic search to find an exit from the school building knowing that it might very well be a life or death search. The killer begins a cat and mouse game with the girls, as they risk becoming his next victim.
