A German soldier, after avoiding death in a Partisan raid, wanders through the unforgiving mountainous terrain of an unfamiliar country, helplessly seeking salvation.

Riki works for a struggling catering company. Ado, his misogynistic colleague and brother-in-law, wants to fix the business by beating up Melisa, a former co-worker who is a top cake-maker, to force her to work with them again. All the rest of the employees dismiss Ado's plan as stupid and senseless. However, Ado is a stubborn savage, and his colleagues know he won't give up unless he is stopped. Riki is divided between a sense of justice, and the norms through which we tolerate family and friends no matter what they do.

A well situated Macedonian doctor lives comfortably with his wife in Montenegro thanks to the money inherited from his parents. Suddenly, he faces with such unexpected reversals in life. His wife disappears without a trace, the bank where he keeps his money is bankrupt, the police confiscate his passport, and he’s being stalked by his wife’s father. Alone, abandoned and without help, he is taking a solitary journey.

In a timeless landscape that looks like the beginning of the creation, a shepherd communicates with his goats and sheep the way he would do with people. Twenty or so different cries, screams, chirps, babbles, mumbles, whispers, whistles and other ways of communicating, to a human ear might sound like an incomprehensible cacophony, but for these goats and sheep it is a sign of agreement, a system, a language, a rhythmic sermon and a melody they look forward, understand and obey - A perfect harmony between man, animals and nature.
