In a post-apocalyptic future shaped by radical feminism and the oppression of men, two stories unfold in the lawless lands and settlements that remain. Both narratives introduce a world where men are exploited and devalued, with one settlement, Amazon City, relying on artificial insemination and the harvesting of sperm. The films center around the arrival of Dr. Maki Amamiya, an expert in this field, and her unexpected companion, her husband. Simultaneously, a man named Kenta, driven by compassion, is captured and chosen for a unique program, the Male Weaponization Program, which dramatically transforms him. As these characters' paths intersect, they challenge the societal norms of Amazon City, leading to a potential shift in power and a fight for a new future.
After radical feminism and the emasculation of men have caused the downfall of civilization, the few remaining humans live in various settlements with vast lawless lands in between. One such settlement is Amazon City, where men are seen as a mere food source and as a means to harvest the sperm from their chopped-off testicles. With the previous lead scientist having been assassinated by the terrorists of the Love Liberation Army, Amazon City has recruited the talents of Dr. Maki Amamiya to take her place. At about the same time as Dr. Maki Amamiya arrives in Amazon City to become the new artificial insemination expert, Kenta, a man from a Christian villiage, is captured while trying to give some castrated barbarians a proper burial. He is taken to Amazon City but instead of being given the usual treatment afforded to men there, he is chosen for the Male Weaponization Program. Given extremely high doses of testosterone, Kenta soon begins to change…
