Based on the hit television series, three inseparable friends who live in the same building investigate mysteries that arise within it
The Detetives do Prédio Azul are faced with the biggest case of their lives: saving the building itself from destruction. Pippo, Sol and Bento infiltrate Dona Leocádia's party, the terrible manager who is literally a witch. There they witness a "magical" crime, which condemns the Blue Building to an emergency demolition.
During Expo-Bruxas, the largest wizard fair in the world, Pippo, Bento and Sol travel to Italy to investigate the disappearance of the sorceress Berenice, who was kidnapped by the wizards Máximo and Mínima Buongusto. With teamwork and the help of Pippo's grandmother, they will try to solve this mystery.
Severino finds a magic medallion and becomes bewitched. To save their friend and prevent the forces of evil from dominating him forever, Sol, Bento, Pippo and Berenice embark on an icy adventure in the snow and go to the End of the World!
Mel and Zeca face a dangerous mission to find Max, who has mysteriously disappeared. In search of their friend, they end up in the kingdom of Ondion, a colorful magical world, where they will have to face the villains Rumorum and Juks.
