Over thirty years ago, Eva was born with both male and female characteristics and later gained supernatural abilities. In the first film, she must thwart a gang leader's plan to exploit her powers, with a rival suitor also targeting her. The film ends with Eva racing to save the world. In the sequel, The Return of Eva-Man, Eva, now a target of the law, uncovers police corruption and a conspiracy while evading authorities and battling a new adversary. She discovers her powers' potential, finds a new ally, and faces romantic challenges. Estranged family members emerge, each desiring her powers. In a thrilling finale, Eva confronts her power-hungry uncle, who has gained new abilities. She must use her evolving powers to defeat him and determine the world's fate. Triumphant but wounded, Eva realizes her journey as a protector has just begun. She embraces her powers as a gift and sets out to become a symbol of hope and protection.
Eva, a hermaphrodite from birth, with clear signs of both sexes, is raised under the strict guidance of her uncle, Professor Pissinger. The professor surgically implants a device called a "sexmaker" which allows Eva to control her sexual intensity. Unfortunately, this also puts her in the sights of an impotent gangster who wants the device for himself.
Two transsexuals are at the service of a scientist who has invented a gun that shoots erotic rays and that will be the solution to impotence and frigidity. The couple must protect it from robbery attempts by a gang of criminals.
