Pikanchi Life Is Hard (ピカンチ Life is Hard) is a series of Japanese movie based on an original idea by Yoshihiko Inohara and directed by Yukihiko Tsutsumi. The movie revolves around five friends who all have no future plans after high school, which is a part of Arashi filmography.
"Pika*nchi Life Is Hard Dakedo Happy" centers around five friends who are residents in a Tokyo apartment complex. Now senior high school students, the five friends live the wild life in Harajuku before encountering unforeseen surprises.
Sequel to the 2002 film Pika*nchi Life Is Hard Dakedo Happy, starring members of boy band Arashi.
Pikanchi Half is a spin-off of the two previous movies in the Pikanchi series, showing the five friends, now in their 30s, having a reunion as they are running into problems with family and work
