Mazlum is a man who lives in the Esenler neighborhood and works as a singer in a nightclub despite his limited knowledge of music. Every night, he arrives at the venue with his own poster from the 90s tucked under his arm. Since this is the last poster he has left, he treats it like his own eye, hanging it on the club's bulletin board himself. He makes his own announcements from backstage. Despite having an extremely naive personality, he appears cunning, flirtatious, and impulsive to outsiders.

In the first film, Mazlum Kuzey invests the large sum of money he inherited from his father (Erkan Can) in space research because of his curiosity about science. He invests it, but when his idea is to emulate Elon Musk, who wants to send a car into space, and this idea turns into setting up a backgammon table in space, he doesn't achieve very good results. When he selects his friends from Bağcılar as astronauts and sends them into space, the astronauts end up in a serious fight during a space show match, and the project is shelved.
