Hearts is a host club in Shinjuku's Kabukicho district. Junya, the number one host, and Kazuma, the number two, are brothers who are engaged in a fierce daily battle to attract regular customers. Kazuma, who simmers behind Junya's back, uses forceful tactics to take hostess Miriya and delivery health girl Natsumi for himself.
Junya, the n°1 host in Kabukicho becomes the owner of a cabaret club. He sets his sights on a high-class call girl and intents to turn her into a top-class hostess. In order to become the real king of the night...
