Meanwhile, lowly production assistant Turner finds himself dangerously spiraling into inceldom as his current relationship implodes.

In New York, Circle tries to leave a trans separatist cult.

Izzy does everything in her power to stop her partner from transitioning.

Michaela tries her best to be a good person.

This conclusion to Chapter iii. is followed by two side quests. In the first, stand-up comic Reagan Lee Omaha gets her big break. In the second, Persephone makes amends.

Final part in the Castration Movie series. Plot details unknown.
