The film tells about the adventures of a hooligan and dreamer Ivan Semyonov, who is transferred from an elite private gymnasium to an ordinary school on the outskirts of Perm for bad behavior. In the new class, Ivan quickly finds friends and plays pranks even worse, becoming a nightmare for the whole school.
In the life of Ivan Semenov — an indefatigable visionary and an irrepressible prankster — a new trouble. His school sweetheart, Tanya, whose friendship he sought, is going to study abroad. Ivan, trying to stop her departure, goes to all sorts of tricks: bribing her parents, proposing marriage, and even kidnapping! But as a result, he achieves only one thing — he is forbidden to approach her. Now only a miracle will help Ivan to stop the move of his beloved! And this miracle is a Shaman who fulfills any desires.
Under Tanechka's influence, Ivan Semenov went from being a cheerful hooligan to being "mother's friend's son", or, to put it simply, "a suffocating one", from whom his friends and Tanechka herself turned their backs. In addition, they all found a new leader, Oleg, the best snowkayaker in Perm. And now, in order to get his friends and his beloved back, Ivan needs to defeat the snowkayaking champion not only in sports competitions, but also in the fight for his best friends.
