A spin-off of the Danur universe, based on Risa Saraswati's novel Ivanna van Dijk. The movie follows Ambar, a young woman with the ability to see spirits, who encounters the vengeful ghost of Ivanna, a Dutch girl who was brutally murdered during the Japanese occupation of Indonesia. Seeking revenge, Ivanna terrorizes those she believes are responsible for her suffering.
Ambar & Dika have just begun with a new chapter of life when years-old grudge of a malicious entity unfolds before their eyes. With a gift she unwillingly has, Ambar is now forced to finish the vengeance of the entity, a headless Dutch spirit, Ivanna.
Five years have passed since AMBAR (23), DIKA (15), and RINA (28) survived a massacre at a nursing home. Now the three of them live together, trying to forget their trauma. Until an accident experienced by Dika makes Ambar have to stay in the hospital, where Rina now works as a nurse. There the three of them are also reunited with YUDI (35), a police officer who was also a victim like them. Meanwhile, PRIYO (33), another police officer, is also in the hospital in connection with an investigation of a case. In the hospital, Ambar constantly feels the presence of Ivanna, a headless female ghost who massacred people in the nursing home five years ago. Until then, a nurse dies without a head, convincing Ambar that Ivanna has truly risen and is targeting the heads of people in the hospital, although she does not yet know the cause. Ambar, Rina, Dika, Yudi, Priyo and the others must try to find a way to save themselves and stop Ivanna's increasingly horrific terror.
