Mieke lives with her grandparents and works as a police officer but also has a secret identity as superhero Mega Mindy. She tries to find a way to balance between work and being a superhero, but it is not always easy.
The Moustache Gang - Mieke finally plucks up the courage to write a love letter to her Prince Charming, Toby. While Grandpa is busy in his lab, Grandma Fonkel receives a visit from the charming Italian Robert. Robert wants to sell Grandma a beautiful and expensive watch. But does he have good intentions? The investigation stalls until Mieke uncovers the truth. The Olive Crime - Tina and Tony have devised a mysterious plan to get more money and jewelry. To carry out their plan, they deliver sleep-inducing pizzas to people's homes. Commissioner Migrain arrests the wrong criminal, but luckily Mega Mindy notices something is wrong in time.
Today, the famous and extraordinary magician Maldini arrives in the village. He also brings his secret suitcase with him. After the show, a lady's beautiful necklace turns out to have been stolen. Japie, who works at the cloakroom, is the first suspect. Meanwhile, Grandpa Fonkel digs through his archive of newspaper articles and finds an important clue. There's only one thing to do to put an end to the thefts... Mega Mindy time!
Mega Mindy, Grandpa and Grandma Fonkel, and Toby must solve the mystery of the sparkling emerald. There is a strange unknown man who wants to pay a lot of money for a painting that Grandma bought at the flea market. Grandma doesn't want to sell the painting, but then the candy store is broken into and Grandpa suddenly starts acting very strangely. When a new police officer unexpectedly starts working at the police station and more and more strange things happen, it's time for Mega Mindy to take action.
The most powerful criminals in the world are planning to attack Mega Mindy and make an end to her heroic actions. Miss Volta is the leader and becomes a superhero too. She won't stop until Mega Mindy is defeated..
In the village, Ben and Jelle hand out flyers for a five-day trip to Egypt. Commissioner Migrain and Grandpa and Grandma Fonkel are also there. Grandpa Fonkel doesn't like the idea of traveling with Migrain at all, but eventually gives in. Mieke stays behind at the police station with Toby. She doesn't trust the trip and warns Migrain, but he doesn't want to hear it. What if Mieke is right... Time for Mega Mindy to investigate.

A black crystal fell from space thousands of years ago and landed in the desert of the eastern Zahambra. Anyone who gets their hands on this meteorite can make a 'bad copy' of anything. A very dangerous stone, but luckily no one knows where the Black Crystal is hidden.... until criminal Axel finds it. In a nerve-racking race, Mieke, Toby and the others try to get it out of his hands. Will our friends manage to destroy the dangerous stone in time? What if they don't succeed and Mega Mindy has to deal with an evil copy of herself?
Louis made his fortune selling candy, but no one buys them anymore. He steals grandpa's love serum to put in his candy which can turn people into devoted slaves. Mega Mindy has to stop him before it's too late..
The greedy commissioner eagerly presides over the annual cake competition. A Hells Angels party arrives and demands the prize, a golden cake pin, without even entering a cake. An attempt to arrest them gets Toby and Migrain tied-up. Mega Mindy comes to their rescue, but has to retreat when grandpa's Bliep transporter breaks down. Its unique fuel is exhausted, so transforming again is out of the question.
The bomb piano When world-famous pianist Nathalia Tkofschip is in town for a concert, two villains decide to kidnap her and plant a bomb in her piano. They demand a hefty ransom. Migrain thinks he can save the day, but then he gets caught too. Time for Mega Mindy to step in.
The quiet village of Mieke Fonkel is being terrorized by a gang of motorized criminals known as "The Big Chief Gang." In order to track down the mysterious leader of this gang, Toby and Migrain must infiltrate the dangerous gang. Let's hope that ends well...

But his mother insists he get married first. Marie Mariage runs a marriage bureau in the village.
Mega Mindy and Team Rox travel to Malta where they get tricked by an evil Aquaman. He wants to have the golden helmet that can cause apocalyptic storms in the wrong hands. They have to work together to stop his plan!
