James Bernard Jr., a.k.a. Dutch, has become the most dangerous criminal in New Jersey. From his early skill as a car thief, Dutch recognized the opportunity to rule the streets and he seized it. With both the protection and respect of the Mafia, Dutch becomes the most terrifying force on the streets. District Attorney Anthony Jacobs is determined to take down Dutch and his crew, and he's confident that his witnesses will testify against them.
"Dutch II" seamlessly continues the success of its predecessor, "Dutch" (2020), delving into the complex underworld of crime and redemption. The film follows an ambitious heroin dealer with sights set on becoming the East Coast's most feared drug lord while simultaneously battling a high-profile court case.
A month before Dutch's "Month of Murder" trial, Roc and Angel are imprisoned. Craze takes charge but is wary when contacted by Joseph Odouwo, Kazami's wealthy, powerful relative. Odouwo's plans may endanger them.
