James is out of jail, and is looking for Darnell to get a piece of his lottery winnings, but Darnell feels differently. Now enemies, they both find themselves fighting the battle to stay alive, but the death of a close friend changes everything.

After the death of Kiss and Bia, Darnell is now targeted by a well-connected crime boss named Clarence Delgato, a ruthless killer who runs most of New York and is the cousin of Mr Kiss, after getting word that Darnell was the last person Kiss spoke to.
