Tomoya Takashima (高嶋 友也, Tomoya Takashima, born August 13, 1985) is a Japanese anime director and representative director of the animation studio Tomovies.
Tomoya was born in Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture, and currently lives in Tokyo. He graduated from Tokyo Polytechnic University. He started producing independent animations in 2008 while in college. After working as a designer/director for 3 years at ILCA Co., Ltd, a CG production company, he established the company Tomovies in 2014.
