Wang Wu, A kung-fu expert, is depressed about the dismal state of the political affairs of China. But, when he meets another famous kung-fu master, they together decide to bring about a revolution.

Master Lam and his two disciples must battle a horde of Chinese vampires in order to get the teeth dust needed to cure an ailing general. Meanwhile, the general's wife is pregnant, and the evil spirit of an aborted baby wants to possess the unborn child's body for its resurrection.

Tough, oversexed Ching Tse and her pubescent cousin possess acassette of triad boss' names -- and a rival gang wants to get their hands on it. All would be hopeless if not for studly Sam, whose appearance is hardly accidental. The movie's climax is its sole justification: Sam switches sides and fights the enemy in a huge garage aided by a gang of good guys on scooters, while Ching rescues her cousin.
